Solar Installer/Technician

We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer/Technician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with both solar electric and solar thermal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and service: Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems and Solar thermal systems (Pool and DHW)
• Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs
• Conduct site assessments and assist with layout and system design
• Install inverters, racking, wiring and energy monitoring components
• Mount solar collectors/modules on rooftops or ground-mounted systems
• Read and understand engineering blueprints and electrical diagrams
• Ensure all installations meet local and national electrical/plumbing codes, safety standards and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate inspection and service documentation

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands on experience in the solar industry preferred
• Must have certifications in Enphase and Solaredge. Any other certifications are a plus.
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
