Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will lead HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. They will develop and implement HR policies, oversee professional development initiatives, and ensure workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion. The role also involves resolving conflicts, advising management, and fostering a positive and productive organizational culture. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bonn.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and compliance with labor regulations
- Strong skills in conflict resolution, employee relations, and workplace culture development
- Ability to lead professional development programs and initiatives for employee growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Prior experience in climate, sustainability, or non-profit sectors is advantageous
