At Climateware, we’re on a mission to make carbon management and Net Zero transition accessible for every business. Our flagship product Carbondeck is helping hundreds of companies simplify GHG accounting, automate reporting, and accelerate their climate journey.


Now, we’re growing our Client Solutions team and we’re looking for a driven, curious, and globally minded Client Solutions Specialist.


The key duties of the successful candidate are:

  • Identify and research potential leads across global markets,
  • Engage prospects through LinkedIn, email, and calls to book discovery meetings,
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right team members,
  • Work closely with Sales & Partnerships to grow our pipeline,
  • Log and track activities in HubSpot to ensure we’re learning and iterating fast.


The requirements for the successful candidate are:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, or a related field,
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development,
  • Comfortable working in English & Turkish with international clients,
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools,
  • A proactive, curious mindset — you like building relationships and opening doors,
  • Interest in climate tech, sustainability, or SaaS is a big plus.
