Climate Undone is a not-for-profit initiative reshaping how India engages with climate change. We run interactive, science-backed workshops like Climate Fresk, Biodiversity Collage, Energy Collage, and Planetary Boundaries Fresco; build local climate communities; and create spaces for dialogue, imagination, systems thinking and collective action.

We are a small, values-driven team working at the intersection of climate education, public engagement, mental health and community-building. Our work involves workshops, events, research, content creation, partnerships and emerging projects like climate assemblies.

About the Role:

Support outreach to universities, corporates and community groups. Maintain the client relations and handle follow-ups.

- Content Creation and Social Media Management

Draft posts, assist with reels, update the content calendar and help manage Instagram + LinkedIn.

- Admin & Repository Support

Maintain internal folders, organise documents, attend internal meetings, and support operations.

- Online Event Organisation

Research events, set up online workshops, and support facilitators during live sessions.

- Podcast Research and Editing

Conduct topic research, outline episodes and support basic audio clean-up for the Climate Undone podcast.

- Research on Indian Climate Landscape

Track climate reports, organisations, activities and policies relevant to our climate education work.

- Facilitator Collective Support

Help curate resources, coordinate onboarding materials and update shared documentation.

- Additional duties as assigned

Based on your interests and the organisation’s needs.

Optional (depending on interest):
