Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Assistant located in Ondo. The Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and supporting laboratory work as part of broader climate justice studies. Daily tasks include gathering and interpreting data, preparing reports, contributing to advocacy efforts, and assisting in collaborative research projects. Engagement with community awareness programs and participation in environmental sustainability initiatives are integral to the role.

Qualifications
- Advanced Research and Analytical Skills, with the ability to collect and interpret complex environmental data
- Proficient in Communication, including written and verbal skills for report writing and advocacy activities
- Experience with Laboratory Skills and techniques relevant to environmental studies
- Expertise in Data Analysis using relevant tools and methods
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for climate justice
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Climate Studies, or a related field
- Prior experience in climate research or environmental advocacy is an asset
