International Program Coordinator
Summary
Make an impact in the global electric transport transition as our Programme Coordinator.
You’ll support the Emerging Markets team across seven countries in Latin America, Africa, and Asia, helping to coordinate events, communications, and key activities with members and partners. Working closely with senior colleagues, you’ll ensure programmes run smoothly and insights are captured, giving you the chance to contribute to meaningful change on a global scale.
About the role
As International Programme Coordinator, you will support the expansion of our transport initiatives into Latin America, Asia and Africa. Working closely with the Senior International Programme Manager, the International Programme Manager, and cross-functional teams, you will support the implementation of our strategy across seven countries. You will support administratively with correspondence, organisational tasks, event preparation, and communication with members, partners, and stakeholders and lead certain activities where appropriate.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the building of strong relationships with aligned partners in Latin America, Asia and Africa, primarily through the Drive Electric Campaign, by assisting with correspondence, minutes, follow ups and the preparation of documents for meetings and in person activities.
- Build and maintain our electromobility knowledge base for emerging markets by gathering reports, presentations and data from external partners, leading information exchanges, and organising insights to inform member engagement and events.
- Coordinate with members to gather data using our case study template, format and prepare content for publication, and support the organisation and delivery of online and in-person events with partners.
- Coordinate prospective member follow-up and internal handover by managing documentation, gathering required information, and liaising with the Membership Engagement team to move early-stage membership discussions through to completion.
- Responsible for logging and updating member, partner and stakeholder relationships to ensure up to date contact information and record keeping.
- Coordinate speaker materials and event communications in collaboration with the Communications team, including collecting bios and photos and sharing event information with speakers.
As a mission-driven organisation, we may ask colleagues to take on temporary assignments or secondments in a different team to support organisational priorities. We see these as opportunities for development and internal mobility, managed transparently and with appropriate support.
You’ll work in a highly collaborative, international environment, where a diversity of perspectives and experiences is valued and encouraged.
