About Climate Fresk

Climate Fresk UK is part of a fast-growing global initiative helping people, teams and organisations make sense of the climate crisis, how it relates to their lives and work, and how we can make a difference together.

Our interactive, science-based workshops are based on a powerful, collaborative card game that helps participants build a systems-level understanding of climate change, feel empowered to make a difference, and identify actions they can take.

With over 2 million participants globally and almost 100,000 trained facilitators in more than 160 countries, the Fresk model is rooted in scale.

At its core is a decentralised, train-the-trainer approach: anyone can join a workshop, and anyone can train to become a facilitator - enabling the model to spread quickly through peer learning and local ownership.

In the UK, our community of facilitators work across all sectors of business and public life - from corporates and councils to communities and classrooms - to engage people at every level of society. Many facilitators run workshops as volunteers in their own time - for friends, family and their local communities. Others run workshops as part of their professional life - for colleagues, or as a paid service for clients.
