About the role: 

Reporting to the Supporter Acquisition Manager, you will be the engine room of our digital fundraising execution. This isn't just about sending emails; it’s about using integrated systems, data and logic to ensure the right message reaches the right person at the right time. You will support the Climate Council’s single-giving and cash programs, taking a cross-cutting view across channels to ensure they are fit for purpose.


You will also be a key bridge between marketing and data. Working closely with our Digital Systems team, you’ll support our activities and align with our broader CRM architecture.


This is a permanent full time role working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role can be based in either our Sydney or Melbourne office. 


You will have:

  • At least 3 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of working on multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, Email, and Web) with a focus on conversion and ROI.
  • Familiarity with the "Non-Profit Stack," including Raisely, WordPress, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience building complex workflows in Ortto (or similar) with a solid grasp of Salesforce data structures and objects.
  • The ability to maintain technical documentation and work closely with Digital Systems teams to align with CRM architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance and apply A/B testing results to future strategies.
  • A strong desire to learn and evolve, with a proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
