Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Program Manager at ElectronVibe, an initiative under Climate Collective. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing climate tech programs that support startups in the clean energy sector. Key tasks include coordinating program initiatives, managing partnerships, organizing events and workshops, evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring timely deliverables. The Program Manager will work closely with startups, stakeholders, and partners to drive impactful solutions aligned with the organization’s mission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ElectronVibe program cycles: plans, milestones, governance, and execution across workstreams
  • Manage key relationships across utilities, regulators, ESOs, startups, and funders; drive alignment and timely decisions
  • Own startup pipeline management: sourcing, screening, evaluation coordination, onboarding, and ongoing engagement
  • Enable deployment outcomes: problem definition, access to stakeholders, business case support, and pilot readiness
  • Maintain strong tracking and reporting: KPIs, dashboards, risks/issues, documentation, and partner updates
  • Mentor associates/junior team members and coordinate cross-functionally with partnerships/comms/ops


Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • 6–8+ years in the power sector / utility ecosystem / clean energy / climate-tech programs
  • Strong technical understanding of the power sector (utility operations, grid modernisation, DERs/flexibility, digitalisation)
  • Existing network across key stakeholders: utilities, regulators, ESOs, system operators, industry bodies
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs with strong execution rigor
  • Experience with pilots, innovation programs, or startup–utility engagement preferred


Skills Required

  • Strong program management, stakeholder management, and partner coordination
  • Credibility with technical and senior stakeholders; ability to translate sector needs into executable workstreams
  • Clear written communication (briefs, trackers, updates) and analytical problem-solving
  • High ownership, good judgement, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments
