  • Manage stakeholder coordination across industry partners, startups, and ecosystem organizations (calls, follow-ups, action logs)
  • Build and manage a startup pipeline: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and structured documentation of decisions
  • Support adoption readiness: partner–startup matchmaking, pilot readiness checklists, and early implementation planning

Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–6 years experience in climate/clean energy/industrial decarbonisation/manufacturing/sustainability, with strong program delivery exposure
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder programs with clear outputs, timelines, and execution rigor
  • Experience working with startups / accelerators / innovation programs / corporate-startup engagement is a strong plus

Skills Required

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical decarbonisation concepts to mixed audiences (industry + startups)
  • Strong stakeholder management and crisp written communication (notes, trackers, partner updates)
  • Structured thinking + analytical ability to synthesize information and turn it into actionable outputs
