The operational backbone of the business, the trusted go-to who keeps every function aligned and every detail on track by proactively supporting each business area as needed to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

This role brings clarity, coordination and positive energy across operations, employee experience and commercial support, ensuring people have what they need to do their best work while directors and sales teams can stay focused on growth and delivery.
You will be integral in driving operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness. You will support directors with administrative needs, help deliver small company events, office administration, and lead team-building initiatives.
This role will build and own our SharePoint knowledge hub, bringing together processes, insights and practical know-how into one reliable source, while proactively filling information gaps so employees always know where to turn and how things work.

Key Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to:
- Responsible for employee onboarding, including communications, IT set up, team integration. Support interns, freelancers and consultants as and when needed
- Create and maintain a centralised knowledge hub (SharePoint), capturing processes, insights and key organisational information in a clear, searchable and easy-to-use format
- Assist Directors with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks
- Oversee Support day-to-day operations, including facilities management and administrative processes including HR administration
- Provide end-to-end employee event support, coordinating travel, accommodation and on-the-ground logistics to ensure Events teams can focus on delivery rather than admin.
- Deliver small events, i.e. roundtable event, evening dinner for clients & partners, employee team building.
- Design Organise and deliver inclusive team-building activities that encourage participation, reflect diverse needs, and create positive shared experiences
- Designing and creating high-impact Climate Action sales templates and presentations using design tools and company branding
- Research and support the implementation of AI-driven and technology-enhanced initiatives to boost business performance
- Demonstrated experience performing this role with minimal supervision
- Experience delivering events, both in-house and for clients, is highly desirable
- Proven experience using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Able to use Canva or similar design tools and comfortable learning new software quickly
- Experience of supporting a sales team and/or HR function is highly desirable
- Due to the nature of this role, the ability to work full time in our London Victoria WeWork offices
