Role Purpose:
The Client Success Manager ensures we meet and exceed client expectations, delivering a high-quality experience that creates measurable value for both our partners and Climate Action.
About the Role:
In this role you'll manage and grow relationships with key partners, acting as their main point of contact across our flagship events.
This involves onboarding partners, coordinating delivery with internal teams, troubleshooting in-flight issues, and ensuring every partner receives a seamless, high-value experience that reflects Climate Action's standards.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience from working on a number of high-profile international events attended by senior representatives of regional governments, UN agencies, international and regional NGOs, investors and donors, research institutes and solution providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Account management for key clients to ensure we meet their contractual obligations, provide client satisfaction and improve retention
- Conduct onboarding calls with partners
- Create and maintain campaign trackers, outlining deliverables and deadlines
- Create and update key resources and collateral for partners including media packs, tracking links
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver outstanding client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client contact details and engagement, collating and distributing any inbound leads
- Stay up to date with relevant news and information on key accounts
The successful applicant will have the following qualities:
- A minimum of four years in an account management, operations, or sales department with a commercial conference or exhibition organizer
- Commercial mindset, understanding the importance of ROI for both client and Climate Action
- Passion for sustainability (desirable but not essential)
- Proficient CRM skills
- Immediate / ASAP start - please indicate your notice / availability
