Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Area Sales Manager based in Kanpur. He will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will include presenting and promoting the company's climate-cure solutions, addressing customer inquiries, and meeting sales targets. He will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and provide feedback on market trends.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with sales strategies, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and work under deadlines
  • Knowledge or experience in the renewable energy or climate solutions sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
