Location of Position

Based in NYC with general in-office expectation of 4-5 days per week, with some flexibility.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director, Treasury and Financial Analysis will lead corporate and portfolio-level financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis for the Company. This role serves as a strategic partner to the CFO and COO, providing forward-looking insights that drive capital allocation, liquidity planning and portfolio optimization.



Core Responsibilities

  • Build out and own a 13-week rolling cash forecast model.
  • Oversee consolidated cash flow forecasting for the Company, including tax equity, debt service, and liquidity planning.
  • Oversee draw requests for various corporate debt facilities.
  • Support scenario modeling for growth strategy and capital raises.
  • Work with the investments and asset management teams to track project- and portfolio-level returns versus underwriting.
  • Work with asset management team on budgeting process.
  • Monitor covenant compliance and financial performance metrics across financing structures.
  • Analyze portfolio performance including revenue, operating expenses, EBITDA, CAFD, and variance to budget.
  • Coordinate lender and investor reporting requirements.
  • Work with asset management, investments, and capital markets teams on ad-hoc requests.

Education Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • MBA preferred



Technical Skills and Experience

  1. Minimum 7 years experience in FP&A, project finance, investment banking, or renewable energy finance.
  2. Strong financial modeling skills, including project finance and corporate forecasting models.
  3. Experience with financial planning systems.
  4. Deep understanding of tax equity structures, non-recourse project debt, and corporate financing.
  5. Experience in C&I, community solar, and/or DG solar and storage a plus.
  6. Proven AI literacy, including understanding AI strengths, limitations, and ethical considerations.
