COMPETENCIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct consultations at pre-scheduled appointments
- Educate homeowners and businesses on solar benefits, including cost savings, clean energy impact, and long-term investment value
- Attend weekly team and consultant meetings
- Capitalize on company-provided pre-set appointments while supplementing with personal referrals
- Apply sales best practices to maximize closing rates and revenue
- Commit to personal and professional growth
REQUIREMENTS
- (Preferred) 2+ years of sales experience
- Laptop/tablet for proposal presentations
- Comfortable with in-home or virtual consultations
- Must complete and pass Clark Energies Sales Training BootCamp
- Reliable transportation and professional appearance
