Warehouse

We are looking to hire 4 temporary Warehouse employees to hep us plan and prepare for an upcoming warehouse move. There may be an opportunity to become a full-time employee for the right candidate and should the need arise. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ship material from the warehouse / arrange for all deliveries
• Receive all material shipped to the Warehouse by vendors
• Conducts/participates in physical inventories to verify stock and losses
• Loads and unloads delivery trucks (receiving stock and/or filling orders)
• Maintain manual and electronic documents, files and records (such as purchase orders, receipts, delivery logs, inventory, etc.)
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed (hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, etc.)
• Research order discrepancies with the appropriate department and/or vendor. Ensure that incorrect deliveries and/or damaged material is returned appropriately and timely
• Assist with status of delivery, invoices, billing, etc as needed
• Assist with moving material to new warehouse
• Actively assist in keeping the warehouse organized and clean

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent desired
• Bilingual English/Spanish helpful but not required
• Warehouse/Purchasing experience desired; receiving, stocking, storing
• Ability to maintain safe and clean work environment
• Communicates and works well with others
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ensures all processes and procedures are followed
• Attention to detail
• Forklift experience. Forklift certification helpful but not required (we’ll certify you)
• Strong computer skills
