About CircularXchange

CircularXchange is a UK-registered B2B marketplace and traceability platform for pre-consumer textile waste and recycled materials. We connect Pakistan's textile recyclers with fashion brands and buyers in the UK and around the world, so that recycled material can be traded transparently and traced back to its source. We already work with a growing network of recyclers across Punjab, and we're building a team on the ground in Faisalabad.

The role

We're looking for a motivated graduate to be our main point of contact with recyclers in Faisalabad and the surrounding areas. You'll bring recyclers onto the platform, keep their information accurate, and build long-term relationships across the recycling sector. This is a field-based role: you'll spend a large part of your week visiting recycling units, mills and waste traders in person.

What you'll do

  • Find and contact textile recyclers and waste traders by phone, WhatsApp and in person
  • Visit recycling units to meet owners, understand their operations, and bring them onto the platform
  • Create and maintain recycler profiles on the platform, including business details, materials, capacity and photos
  • Check that recycler information is accurate and keep it up to date
  • Help recyclers create listings and understand how the platform works
  • Keep a clear record of contacts, visits and follow-ups
  • Collect feedback from the market and share it with the UK and Pakistan team
  • Represent CircularXchange at industry events and association meetings when needed

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree (business, textiles, environmental sciences, engineering or a related field)
  • Based in Faisalabad or proximity
  • Comfortable travelling independently to industrial areas for regular site visits
  • Confident speaking with business owners in Urdu and Punjabi; working English for internal communication
  • Organised, reliable, and good at following up
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets or Excel, and learning new online tools
  • Interest in textiles, recycling or sustainability is a strong plus

Working pattern: Full-time, hybrid and flexible. You'll typically work around 6 hours a day, split between field visits to recyclers and remote work (calls, follow-ups and updating the platform). You'll plan your own schedule around visits.

What we offer

  • A full-time role in a growing UK–Pakistan climate-tech startup
  • Hands-on experience across sales, operations and sustainability
  • Direct work with the founding team
  • Room to grow as the platform scales
  • Travel and Fuel allowance for business related activities
