Role: Ecommerce Manager
We are looking for an execution-focused Ecommerce Manager to drive growth across our website, marketplaces, and digital sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage online store operations, product listings, catalog management, pricing, and inventory coordination
• Sales and marketing skills, including experience in digital campaigns, merchandising, conversion optimization, and revenue growth strategies.
• Oversee marketplace operations including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Etsy, and other platforms
• Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches
• Monitor website and marketplace performance
• Improve conversion rates, customer retention, and average order value
• Analyze sales, traffic, and customer behavior data
• Coordinate with design, production, marketing, and operations teams
• Prepare performance reports and growth recommendations
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of ecommerce experience
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and marketplaces
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and conversion optimization.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in fashion, textiles, sustainability, D2C brands, or circular economy is a plus
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
