Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This individual will be responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer queries, assisting with service setup, providing guidance on product usage, and fostering long-term customer relationships. The role also involves resolving potential issues promptly and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Support
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Analytical Skills to identify and address potential issues or process improvements
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team to achieve customer success
  • Experience in a field role or customer onboarding is preferred
  • Educational background in business, communications, or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with subscription-based service models or climate tech is advantageous


Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned customer locations as per the scheduled tasks and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Assist customers with downloading, registering, and setting up the mobile application.
  • Provide a clear and concise demonstration of the application, including all key features and daily usage.
  • Ensure customers are comfortable using the application independently before completing the visit.
  • Act as a professional representative of the company during all customer interactions.
  • Maintain records of completed visits, customer feedback, and any technical or usability concerns.
  • Report issues and feedback to the relevant internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager. 


Requirements

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a personal motorcycle is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Hindi (both preferred).
  • Open to frequent travel across multiple customer locations as per business requirements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with tight timelines and evolving priorities. 


Salary: 1.5 to 3.5 lacs PA
