Solar and BESS Development manager

? We are looking for a Solar & BESS Development Manager for our Greenfield Department. If you are interested to join a leading renewable energy group and you are looking for new professional opportunities, do not hesitate to apply!

✅Functions & Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Head of the Greenfield and Development Department.
• Support in the internal approvals and procurement process.
• Support in the Co-development and Development of BESS, PV, Wind, projects from greenfield to RTB status and COD Status.
• Review and track all incoming PLAs documents, assure adequacy, and perform follow-up as needed and organize them in the internal database.
• Supervision of the permitting process of new plants under development.
• Legalization of Assets at COD.
• Collaboration with other internal departments (P&O, M&A, R&D, etc.).

?Requirements:

• From 4 to 6 years in permitting process, having participated in the development of renewable assets (BESS and PV), utility-scale.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Knowledge of project development processes in Spain, including land acquisition, environmental permitting, administrative procedure, distribution/transmission grid and interconnection.
• Technical knowledge of BESS systems.
• Experience in RTB and COD regulatory status and legal process.
• Experience and good knowledge of the regulatory framework in Spain regarding operation and development of renewable assets, including BESS Projects.

?Desirable Points:

• Technical with Renewable Energy background. Electrical I&C background.
• Ability to work under multi-tasks, tight deadlines, and pressure.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally.
• International experience would also be considered.
• Teamwork skills and Productivity.
• English Advance or Above Level (C1 level).
