What You Will Be Doing
As a Business Analyst in the ChargePoint CX team, you will play a vital role in analyzing business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and driving process enhancements across the organization. You will collaborate with various departments, including operations, finance, marketing, and technology, to gather and analyze data, generate reports, and provide valuable insights to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including internal databases and customer feedback, to generate insights and recommendations.
- Generate detailed reports and presentations, summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks within current processes and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance overall productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements for new initiatives, systems, or process changes.
- Assist in implementing and testing new processes and systems, ensuring successful integration and user adoption.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field with 3+ years of experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets and complex information.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, statistical analysis) to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a proactive and innovative approach to process improvement.
- Knowledge of business process modeling techniques, such as Six Sigma, would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to plan and execute process improvement initiatives effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $40,500 to $82,750. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
