Senior Spares Program Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Spares Program Specialist to support our Global Spares Program. This role is central to optimizing spares inventory, logistics operations, and returns processing, while driving continuous improvement across supply chain processes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Serve as subject matter expert for supply chain improvement projects including warehousing, fulfillment, and RMA.
  • Design a responsive distribution network and maintain optimal inventory levels at various nodes to ensure timely availability of parts and equipment.
  • Manage the return flow of goods, including defective or excess inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely processing.
  • Assist with the execution of outbound shipments to customers.
  • Work closely with customer excellence, supply chain, IT and third-party providers to ensure operational alignment and implement opportunities to streamline logistics workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
  • Design and develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to support key business decisions.

Qualification and Desired Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in spares management, reverse logistics, and order fulfillment.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, and MS Office.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
