Key Responsibilities of the Controller:

• Lead the accounting team in managing month-end close, financial statement preparation, and consolidation.
• Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts; provide variance analysis and actionable insights to operational leaders.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll interface, and fixed asset accounting.

Qualifications for the Controller role:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Hospitality experience strongly preferred. xrczosw
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
