KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF CONTROLLER:
- Financial Statements: Manage the financial statements ensuring accuracy.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios to support strategic decision-making.
- Month-End Close: Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage & Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties.
- Audit Support: Manage the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONTROLLER:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Hospitality/5+ years of experience preferred. xrczosw
- Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.
