Overview of the Controller role:
- Oversee and manage all financing, projections, work hand and hand with the CFO.
- Direct month-end closings, financial reporting, and coordinating of audits
- Prepare monthly financial statement forecasts: income statement, balance sheet, cash flow analysis, and cycle count variance analysis
- Annual budget and forecasting processes
- Review accounting and financial processes and provide recommendations for improvements to efficiency and accuracy
- Involved in cost - material, labor, and overhead budgets including recommendations for labor and overhead cost allocation rates.
Preferred Qualifications for the Controller: xrczosw
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience as a Plant Controller
- Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, XLOOKUP's
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
