Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.
- Lead the annual budget process, preparing reports and supporting staff.
- Manage the annual audit and maintain strong internal controls.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering development and accountability.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management, board, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with supervisory responsibility. xrczosw
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
