- Oversee financial statement preparation and annual audit
- Lead the annual budgeting process and support strategic planning
- Prepare property tax filings and ensure compliance
- Own the month-end close process and reporting xrczosw

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting
- Some cost accounting experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
