What You'll Do-
Prepare journal entries in accordance with company standards and accounting policies.

Create, enhance, and perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations to support process consistency and improvement.

Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement, automation initiatives, and internal control enhancements aligned with company goals.

Produce ad-hoc financial reports, analyze general ledger activity, and assist with technical accounting research.

Partner with cross-functional teams on projects impacting accounting and finance workflows.

Support internal and external audits, including preparing schedules and responding to inquiries.

Strengthen internal control procedures and ensure effective implementation of a best-in-class controls environment.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and an understanding of SOX principles .

Solid understanding of the month-end close process.

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Experience implementing or evaluating internal controls.

Ability to analyze financial fluctuations and interpret complex accounting topics.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings to leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of relevant accounting experience , ideally in a manufacturing setting.

Experience with various systems required

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
