Essential duties and responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
- Assist in and preparation of the monthly financial results produced for management and outside parties
- The Senior Accountant will analyze and reconcile all general ledger accounts.
- Build and update reports in the financial reporting tool (Prophix)
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets, salary and operating expenses and allocation of those costs across entities
- The Senior Accountant will assist with preparing audited financial statement and related footnotes and support
- Prepare monthly sales & use tax filing
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting data and processes and work cross functionally to design and implement
Preferred Skills of the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field.
- 4 plus years' experience in accounting or similar field.
- Experience with general ledger systems. xrczosw Great Plains experience a plus.
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
