$85,000 - $95,000 + Performance-Based Bonus

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Accountant , you'll contribute directly to the financial strength and success of the company by overseeing core accounting functions and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple business areas. xrczosw
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing journal entries for accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and cash activity

  • Performing budget-to-actual variance analysis and account reconciliations

  • Maintaining general ledger integrity and reconciling fixed asset records

  • Assisting with project billing and monthly pay applications

  • Supporting internal controls and continuous process improvement

  • Providing audit documentation for internal and external reviews

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)

  • 3+ years in public accounting or 6+ years in general ledger accounting

  • Construction industry or job costing experience is a major plus

  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
