Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day accounting functions including AR, AP, payroll, job cost, and WIP tracking

  • Manage cash flow and maintain strong relationships with banking partners

  • Prepare and review accurate monthly financial statements and xrczosw reports for leadership

  • Evaluate and streamline processes using industry-specific tools (Sage experience a plus)

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of construction accounting experience, including WIP and job cost

  • 2-3 years of team leadership or management experience in an accounting role

  • Familiarity with construction accounting software (Sage preferred, but not required)

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
