Senior Accountant

Location: Onsite - Aventura, Florida
Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours
Annual Salary: $85,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Accountant will play a central role in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight.

  • Lead month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
  • Oversee revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Support vendor and contractor payment processes in collaboration with Accounts Payable
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with leadership xrczosw on financial strategy and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA designation or active progress toward CPA certification preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or a high-growth environment is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems required
