We are seeking a Controller to join a growing manufacturing organization. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced accounting or financial professional who is ready to step into a leadership role and make a significant impact. You'll oversee financial operations, drive process improvements, and partner with senior leadership to support strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
- Perform detailed financial analysis on cost structures, inventory, and production efficiency.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions.
- Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize cost management.
- Support ERP system optimization and ensure data integrity.
- Mentor and develop accounting and finance team members.
- Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, ideally in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial modeling.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems.
