A growing construction company is looking for a sharp Senior Accountant who wants to step into a high-impact role with real growth potential. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to project activity, understands how WIP and COS flow through the financials, and wants the opportunity to take on more responsibility as the company scales.
What You'll Do
• Own key accounting functions with a heavy emphasis on WIP/COS reclasses
• Support accurate month-end close and financial reporting
• Partner with project teams to understand job activity and cost drivers
• Review project performance and help ensure accurate cost allocation
• Assist with process improvements as the business grows
What They're Looking For
• Strong understanding of WIP and COS (construction experience is a plus)
• Solid accounting foundation with experience in a fast-moving environment
• Someone who likes being involved with operations, not siloed behind a desk
