Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Hybrid in Independence, OH (3 days on site, 2 days remote)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

  • Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP
  • Lead and support month-end and year-end close activities
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances
  • Assist with inventory valuation and cost accounting analysis
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

  • Proficiency with ERP systems, NetSuite is a plus!
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
