My client, a growing, dynamic, experience-driven resort organization in high-acquisition mode, is seeking a Controller . This role offers a good work/life balance and is on-site in Gatlinburg. This is a highly visible role, supported by the Regional Finance Manager and Operations Director. The salary goes up to $115,000. Permanent direct hire. Great benefits, including 401k match.

Key Responsibilities of the Controller Role:

  • The Property Controller will oversee accounting and reports to the Regional Finance Manager
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Safeguard company assets through audits and compliance oversight
  • Analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Oversee two reports
  • Collaborate with resort leadership to support xrczosw business decisions

Preferred Qualifications for the Controller Role:

  • Six or more years of accounting experience
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience in hospitality or resort environments is a plus
