I'm partnering with a respected private equity-backed healthcare organization to secure a Senior Accountant . This is a 100% remote position for candidates located in Middle TN , with quarterly in-person meetings in Franklin, TN . Salary is up to $90,000 . Excellent benefits, including 95% paid individual employee healthcare and 401k match. This is an amazing opportunity to also learn M&A. Permanent direct hire.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

  • The Senior Accountant will perform month-end close and financial reporting
  • Analyze variances and trends in the balance sheet and income statement accounts
  • Manage accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
  • Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
  • Support audits and process improvements

Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5 xrczosw years of progressive accounting experience
  • Healthcare, private equity, and intercompany experience preferred
