- Senior Accountant - Internal Controls & Process Optimization
- $90,000 - $110,000 base + 10% target bonus + benefits

- Redefine, optimize, and implement internal controls aligned to North American growth strategy
- Evaluate, design, and deliver process and operational improvements across business units
- Drive cross-functional efficiency-relationship-building and collaboration with finance, accounting, IT, and operations leaders
- Lead monthly close, internal/external audits, and compliance (SOX) activities ensuring accuracy and rigor
- Train teams and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer of new processes and controls
- Advanced xrczosw experience in accounting operations, internal controls/process improvement, and project delivery inside complex/global environments
- Proven technical proficiency in SAP (or Oracle) and strong command of ERP-driven accounting
- Demonstrated ability to influence, implement, and own process change-not just recommend
- Fort Lauderdale, FL - On-site; local candidates only
- On-site, 5 days per week (may require limited travel to other local sites)
