Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, AP/AR, and payroll

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

  • Analyze manufacturing costs and margins to identify efficiency opportunities

  • Ensure accurate inventory valuation and cycle count processes

  • Manage cash flow and banking relationships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or xrczosw related field (CPA preferred)

  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory control, and financial analysis

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
