Location: Coral Gables, FL (Hybrid Schedule)
Salary Range: $95,000 - 105,000 + bonus

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
- Prepare monthly corporate journal entries with complete supporting documentation
Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations, preparing supporting schedules and roll forwards, and resolving discrepancies as needed - Analyze and document monthly balance fluctuations for corporate GL accounts, investigating differences from expectations
- Support the consolidation process by reconciling intercompany balances, reviewing subsidiary reporting packages, and preparing consolidated schedules and roll forwards
- Assist with accounting for debt and lease transactions, including researching relevant guidance, documenting conclusions, and supporting subsidiary teams with similar inquiries
- Maintain the corporate lease subledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Prepare statements of cash flow and related forecasts.
- Prepare annual standalone and consolidating financial statements for multiple subsidiaries
Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:
- 2 - 5 years of big 4 accounting firm experience as an auditor
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, and must be a CPA or on the CPA track
- Fortune 500 company experience is a big plus+
