Salary Range:
$95,000 - 105,000 + bonus

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

  • Prepare monthly corporate journal entries with complete supporting documentation
    Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations, preparing supporting schedules and roll forwards, and resolving discrepancies as needed
  • Analyze and document monthly balance fluctuations for corporate GL accounts, investigating differences from expectations
  • Support the consolidation process by reconciling intercompany balances, reviewing subsidiary reporting packages, and preparing consolidated schedules and roll forwards
  • Assist with accounting for debt and lease transactions, including researching relevant guidance, documenting conclusions, and supporting subsidiary teams with similar inquiries
  • Maintain the corporate lease subledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare statements of cash flow and related forecasts.
  • Prepare annual standalone and consolidating financial statements for multiple subsidiaries

Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:

  • 2 - 5 years of big 4 accounting firm experience as an auditor
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, and must be a CPA or on the CPA track
  • Fortune 500 company experience is a big plus+
