Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
- Manage accounting for 5-7 senior living properties utilizing ALIS software.
- Prepare journal entries, monthly financial statements, and financial reporting packages.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Prepare investor and third-party owner reporting.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and recommend process improvements.
- Assist with audits, internal controls, and special projects.
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Sage Intacct experience preferred.
- Property management, development, or construction accounting experience preferred.
