Salary: $100,000- $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Controller):
- Direct all accounting and financial functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, and reporting
- Conduct month-end and year-end closings; ensure accuracy of financial transactions and statements
- Oversee internal controls, compliance, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
- Prepare, revise, and analyze management reports; present insights and recommendations to improve xrczosw performance
Qualifications (Controller):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with an understanding of GAAP, internal controls and financial systems.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting management experience in Manufacturing preferred Strategic and collaborative mindset
