Title: Senior Accountant
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + discretionary annual bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
- Build and enforce robust financial controls across diverse project cycles and sizes
- Manage the month end close process, prepare financial statements, variance analysis, maintain rolling cost cash flow forecast, an work closely with Project Managers
- Handle accurate job costing, AIA billing, collections, accounts payable, and Work-In-Progress (WIP) accounting to enhance cash flow and profitability
- Drive continual process improvement across all finance and back-office xrczosw functions
Requirements of the Senior Accountant:
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience within the construction industry
- Strong working knowledge of job costing (WIP, AIA, Lien Releases, etc.)
- QuickBooks experience is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
