Finance Manager - Make the Leap from Public to Private!

Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000 + Bonus

Your Impact

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
  • Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Deliver actionable insights to leadership for growth and innovation.
  • Manage audits and collaborate with external auditors.
  • Drive process improvements and reporting best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • CPA required (Big 4 or Top 10 experience highly valued).
  • 5+ years progressive experience, including 3+ years in public accounting.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, utilities, energy, or distribution clients preferred.
  • Strong technical accounting and GAAP knowledge.
  • Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
