What will the Senior Accountant do?

  • Reconciliations: balance sheet and bank accounts for each property
  • AP and AR
  • Monthly close procedures
  • General ledger posting
  • Accruals
  • Supports month end, and year end close processes
  • Provides necessary support to external auditors, lenders, or investors
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing documents, filing, and other office tasks. xrczosw

What is needed in the Senior Accountant?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-6 years' full cycle accounting experience REQUIRED
  • Corporate Accounting experience preferred
