Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $58,200 to $66,500 per year.

Job Description:
  • Take cash and release orders for Sales on a daily basis
  • Bank accounts and credit card reconciliation
  • Entering purchase invoices and reconcile inventory
  • Process payments (ACH, wire, check, etc.)

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences

Experience:
  • AS or BS degree preferred
  • Inventory based industry a plus
  • 1+ years accounting experience; wholesale or retail experience
  • Sage/Peach Tree, QuickBooks, Excel experience
  • Good reconciliation skills
