Machine and Cascade Analysis Manager

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated Machine & Cascade Analysis Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on centrifuge machine and cascade performance. This is a rare opportunity to guide cutting-edge modeling and simulation in rotor dynamics, cascade systems, CFD, structural analysis and chemical process engineering. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership, ensuring high-quality analysis while building a collaborative and high-performing team culture. 

What You Will Do: 

Lead and oversee machine and cascade modeling, including rotor dynamics, CFD, chemical process modeling, and structural analysis. Drive technical excellence and implement structured, constructive review processes. Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, balancing technical depth with professional growth. Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams to support mission-critical programs. Communicate technical findings clearly to executives, stakeholders, and customers. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Nuclear, or Chemical Engineering (or related field). 
• Strong foundation in modeling and simulation (rotor dynamics, CFD, process engineering, or structural analysis). 
• 8+ years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in technical leadership or management roles. 
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” Clearance

This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government.  Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
