As a Sr. Financial Analyst, Business Development, you’ll be at the heart of our decision-making engine, building advanced financial models, forecasting growth opportunities, and using tools like Python and Power BI to uncover insights that guide billion-dollar strategies. What You Will Do

You’ll model the future — literally. From forecasting investment returns and market expansion strategies to automating data flows and creating dashboards that make complex trends crystal clear, you’ll give leadership the insights they need to make bold moves. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, shape growth initiatives, and present strategies that balance big-picture vision with financial precision. Simply put, you’ll help Centrus aim higher, grow smarter, and deliver results that matter.

We’d Love to Hear From People With:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or business development
  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) for data automation and forecasting
  • Expertise in Power BI (dashboards, DAX, Power Query, visualization best practices)
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and integration
  • Proven track record building ROI, NPV, IRR, and DCF models
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate complex models into actionable insights

Estimated Starting Base Salary Range: $89,485-$111,856. This position is Bonus eligible. Centrus considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

 

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

This position will require a pre-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test and vetting to ensure Centrus Energy can meet the requirements of 10 CFR Parts 810 and 1017 to grant access to export-controlled information and Unclassified Controlled Nuclear Information, respectively.  Such access is required for the performance of this position.
