Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for Startup Investors serving as Directors at Cellumantra Biorefinery Pvt. Ltd. As a Director and Investor, you will be involved in strategic decision-making, establishing industry partnerships, contributing to scaling operations, and supporting the formulation and execution of long-term business models. This role includes closely collaborating with the founding team to drive innovation, securing additional funding, and ensuring regulatory compliance for launched and planned initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in startups, entrepreneurship, management, or serving as a board member or adviser in similar domains
• Understanding of biotechnology, agritech, or clean tech sectors or enthusiasm for sustainable solutions and green innovation
• Strong financial and investment acumen, including capital raising and scalability strategy development
• Proficiency in leadership, communication, negotiation, and business forecasting
• Track record in developing corporate partnerships, joint ventures, and for-profit and public-private collaborative projects
• Possess market-rollout and growth-stage planning or analogous portfolio
