Cellumantra Biorefinery Pvt. Ltd. is a DPIIT-recognized green biotechnology startup pioneering an enzymatic biorefinery platform to transform non-wood agricultural waste into industrial enzymes and advanced biomaterials. With a focus on revenue-first enzyme production for industries such as textiles and wastewater treatment, we also develop high-margin cellulose nanofibers (CNF) for sustainable materials. Our technology is designed to optimize the use of Indian biomass, offering cost-effective, scalable, and circular manufacturing solutions. Our mission includes reducing environmental impacts such as farm-waste burning, while addressing the reliance on imports for essential materials.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for Start-Up Ecosystem Experts as Co-Founder. As a Co-Founder, you will oversee strategic planning, project management, business integration, and stakeholder engagement. This role involves collaborating with team members to establish partnerships, secure investments, and identify growth opportunities. You will also contribute to the development and commercialization of Cellumantra's enzymatic biorefinery technology and its applications.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess business opportunities, process performance, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Integration and Software Development for implementing scalable processes and technological solutions.
  • Experience in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and execution of business and technology development initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience in Testing to ensure quality standards in processes and products.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in the biotechnology, sustainability, or cleantech sectors is desirable.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related fields is preferred.
